About

Mercy Housing California (MHC) has been selected by Los Angeles County to develop a new workforce community on Parcel 147 in Marina del Rey. The development is planned to be built on the site of an underutilized parking lot on Admiralty Way, east of Palawan Way, and is currently in its earliest phases of design and planning.  The project is in early planning, and key details will be shaped through further studies, County review, and community engagement.
